Here is a video of some of the same trip that BigDog took back in 2009. He saw my report on ADV and linked his.

His route goes the other way around and the Dam. The video at about 12:30 is where it will look very similar to my pics.

If you do not know this guy, he is a legend in the ADV world. He is a neat guy. Met him a few different times as he lives here in Southern Illinois. He has ridden almost everywhere.
