Mystery part...

Not the first time this sort of thing has happened. Last week I found a small stainless steel washer on the garage floor and I have no idea where it came from. (Not even going to guess on that one.)

Yesterday, I found a small rubber plug with a (broken) rubber strap under the bike. First thought was a cover for a brake bleeder but those are caps, not plugs. Maybe someone is just messing with me...





Any ideas?

Found it!!

It is a protective plug for the coax lead for my heated gear. The rubber on the strap was pretty rotted and it just broke away.
