Pop and I will be sorry to miss visiting with you. I have a major turnaround going on at the plant, I am typing this from my desk. No SFO for us this year.

Rode it for about four hours yesterday. Bright sunshine and cool temps. Finished with 45 minutes of heavy rain, weaving just above the speed limit on I-85 NB into town.

It was glorious.

I took a high speed weavie run on I-40 the other day. Rolling average of traffic was north of 82. I know- 2013 cruise was useless. It was indeed glorious! Thought about install a Koako throttle lock. No Ivan's flash being considered, ruins the bike for me.

I-40 is the best one to run of all of the interstates (that I stay off of if I can).

I’ve been on the ledge, considering buying a new 2021. My 2018 has lived a tough life. My circle of advisors all enabled me- telling me to go for it, cause that’s what friends do. But they all privately thought “wtf, his old one hasn’t even got 100,000 on it.” I figure no rush. Plenty of time to decide.

I’m in the garage watching the Georgia Florida game and getting ready to swap shields. Getting ready to bite the bullet and order some Ken Phenix heated gloves too.

Sunday, took a ramblin ride around Greenville County to scuff up the new BStones, then decided to head up to Saluda Road and Saluda, NC. Came back down US176 between Saluda and Tryon. Yes, the pavement was creamy smooth and a little curvy. ;) Scrubbed some of the mold nubs off.

Looked at the clock when I got home...only an hour gone on this sunny day in the 60s.

Now I gotta find out whether I have to dress like the Michelin man for a two day ride up to SW Virginia. Burrrrrr.

Rode it an hour to drain the fuel tank. On the way home I filled the fuel tank with non-ethanol fuel. Riding season is over.
