Appears to have been printed, and shipped from Toronto. I got notification the same day Ray got his notification.

Reminds me of a tonneau cover I ordered for my truck, from California to Michigan by FedEx. It went to Rhode Island just as the manufacturer had put on the label. Dumshits.
