Me too,,, and I like the cost so far.

I just ordered the Admore P&P harness... The most spendy part of this farkle, but... It'll save lots of time and aggravation I'm sure.
Now I just need to do a little braining on an quick-detach plug thingy.
'Found lots of possible solutions so far... Just gotta choose one.

I'm pretty sure the connector shorted when Line get her foot tangled in it, causing the smoke to be let out. She hilarious to watch getting on and off the bike wearing armored pants, and, a rain-suit. That girl ain't no ballerina LOL! I'm quite sure Admore's customer service is the yardstick by which all other companies should be compared, but I'm pretty sure, at some point, they draw the line and at the acts of Line. (er.. line, Line.. you know what I meant).
Steve try adding a can of this it may restore it to working order

This is what your old E55 looks like with a Bak0ff Brake Light Modulator

This is how I solved the crappy Givi connector problem, though I have yet to attempt to remove my top box without forgetting to unhook the wires. That is why I made them so robust. LOL

Well... "Finally got around to finishing up my DIY top box stop light farkle.
To hook into the bike's wiring I went with Admore's "Plug&Play harness... It was about $40 to my door and took two weeks to arrive, but... It saved a huge bit of screwing around and messing with the OEM wiring.
All in I put the cost to put this together at about $75 (Canadian)

LED strip(waterproof)…. $14
Automotive 5 lead quick connects... (waterproof) $17, pack of 5 from Amazon. (I only needed one, but...)
Admore harness $40
Misc. bits (heat shrink tube, wire, wire stays) $10

The only down side is that I gave up on finding a quicker "quick" disconnect to facilitate taking the case off the bike...
With my set up one has to remove the rear seat and pull apart the QD which is there... Under the seat. The wire to the case enters via a waterproofed grommet in the bottom centre of the case, so... When the case is off.... It will have a bit of a tail.
That said... I think the whole deal will suit me just fine. It takes all of ten seconds to disconnect.

Array includes.. Running lights, signal/hazard lights and stop lights
