Not around here. Visiting California I was aghast at the fees and add-ons on top of MSRP for motorcycles. I expect and get under MSRP out the door, plus 2.75% sales tax.

A friend drove 500 miles to Illinois for a new 2018 FJR1300A $12,995 out the door. Paid sales tax when he registered at home.
