Don't expect the dealer to know everything about your ***NEW FJR***. You may want to take a look at the owners manual before you pick it up. The owners manual is 132 pages. Yamaha doesn't have the 2020 model year manual posted yet, but the '19 manual will be almost exactly the same. There were some things I wanted to setup on my new FJR before I left the dealership. But, it was a very cold January day when my FJR was ridden home.

I can tell you one thing you should do before you ride it the FIRST time - the torx screws on the saddlebag locks need to have blue locktite put on them, and then tighten them down good. Bet you a sandwich the dealer won't do it.

You can thank me later.

Enjoy the beast.
