New here!

Post by IHearBanjos »

Picked up my first FJR. 2018A. Coming off a '16GSA, and have no regrets! Great bike, but just not my style. Before that, two Connies, '86 and '06. Actually still have the '06, but haven't ridden it in quite sometime. And a '14 KLR that I do regret selling.
Anyway, looking forward to putting many miles on the FJR.
I am in SoCAl, so, it's always riding season!

Willkommen. The longer I have an fjr, the less I want to replace it with anything. Ride safe.

Yeah, we even let John hang around even though he started lusting after BMWs.

Welcome from the south coast of Canada. I used to have a 2000 Connie. Really liked it except for the heat behind the screen. I bought the FJR because it was the best in my opinion with an electric motor screen, and large enough bags. The extra power is a nice bonus :D .

I tried to warn him. I really did. But the lure of those Bavarian Sirens with their perky "jugs" was far too great to resist and now, I fear they have got him in their grasp!! Alas, we cannot cast stones in good conscious. John is a better man than most of us - if they did it to him, who are we to judge?

Welcome IHB to the insanity from South Louisiana. To run or stay, that is now the question.....

Welcome from the middle of Oregon. I left Ventura county in 77 for points north. Good riding there but to many people for me. Enjoy the FJR.

I hear ya! That's my number one complaint about living here. Can't beat the weather, though!
