New guy in Western NC

Post by Av8er »

Hello from NC. Last year sold my 2010 FJR for a leftover 17ES. Ride mostly twisties all around western NC,TN area. Been riding for about 50 years and still get an attitude adjustment every time. :D

Exactly. Some of us don't need a room, we just need a flat spot in the yard or a couple trees about 15 feet apart.

Welcome. Nice upgrade from the 10 to 17ES.

I often have found myself when I was not looking, nor did that discovery take place where I thought it would!

Exactly. Some of us don't need a room, we just need a flat spot in the yard or a couple OF VERY LARGE trees about 15 feet apart.

Welcome. Nice upgrade from the 10 to 17ES.
Fixed that for you.

Welcome from an ATL next door neighbor! We used to have a small cabin on Cullowhee Mountain and really enjoyed rolling downhill to see Catamounts.

Been through there many a time, as we drove up I-26 and US 64 to backpack through Pisgah. Turn left onto Little River Road at Carl Sandberg's, then turn left onto Crab Creek Road at the quarry. In spring and summer, that's one of the most pleasant drives around.

Welcome to the forum. It’s starting to look like if we ever get all the upstate SC/western NC FJR riders together in one place at one time it would be quite the gaggle 😀 BTW a friend recently recommended Flat Rock Wood Room for lunch. RTE coming soon.
