It funny how within less than a couple of weeks we go from how many times in a day do you have to clear snow to needing air conditioning

Absolutely. Spring and Fall in Minnesota is a total crap shoot.

Over by Northtown, eh? I used to live up near there around 10 years ago (around 610 and Noble) before we moved to our current residence.

I didn't see the CFR post prior to you mentioning it, but did see the Blackhills one. Unfortunately, I'm going to be unavailable during both of those weekends. Hopefully I'll be able to join you all some other time, though!
