I don't work on cars much any more...... my usual recommendation is to jack up the rad cap and put a new car under it.

I expect that the two pivots you got on the relay arm were OK? If so, I wouldn't worry about that front one until the next time. All ready for Baie Comeau?

They were ok..but a little light on lube. I have an appointment at my local dealer for the full service upon my return.
The swag from Yamaha was mailed to the hotel today, I printed up the name tags yesterday. I’m going to the border tomorrow to pick up a package from Aerostitch...I’ll start packing on Thursday.

White sheep in the snow?

Cow eating grass?
  • Where is the grass? The cow ate it.
  • Where is the cow? The grass is gone so the cow left.
;)

Tricksy things are photo links.

Edit to add: Rode it to work. Noticed my lower right fork LED light is 1/2 brightness.

Rode it to work. Calling for rain the rest of the week (big surprise). A little chilly on the nuptuals this morning.

danh600,

I did a right-click on the IMAGE word, and "Save Image Location." I put that URLinto a browser, and it comes up with Adventure Rider, "You must be logged in to do that." Can you post that image someplace that I do not need to log into?

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.
Yeah, I ride motorcycles. I know why dogs put their heads out of the car windows.
Yeah, I fly hang gliders (3000 hrs.+). I know why the birds sing.

I see Police FJRs in front of a sandwich shop. The link is working fine even in the quoted posts.

Just a picture of some FJR police motorcycles. Not my picture so I would feel funny about hosting it.

Here is the Trip Report I got it from. Interesting reader and interesting guy. I think you should be able to see it without being logged in.

When logged into Advrider you can see the pictures here in this Forum, if not logged in the best you can see are 1) descriptions of blue and white police FJRs with smugglers and florescent green rear accents and 2) smart asses teasing danh600 over something he has no control over -- it's what we do ;)
