Intro.

Post by trimmantom »

I've been on the other forums for years. I just don't post very much. I live very close to the N.Ga. mountains.
I've had hell I don't know 4-5 FJR's. I don't get them broken in good and find something else I want. Most of the prevous bikes were Gen1 bikes. I currently have a 2013 model I picked up last year. Really like all the upgrades that have been made. Will probably be buried with this bitch.
I don't ride as much as I once did but once in a while I do. Does that make sense to any of the older fuckers here? Anyway Wheatie, I've followed your hysterical shit on the other forum for years til you got your ass kicked out. I recommended Greenville as a great place to live for you. Don't know if you remember. I'll check in here every now & then. Thanks for the welcome.

Trimmantom...yeah, I remember that, eons ago...probably 6 years before I moved. I have not had a moment of regret. Been down here, coming up on five years now. 8-)

I hope to meet you one day and buy you that beer or beverage of your choice.

EDIT: I agree with you on the Gen 3...after enjoying my (2) 2004s, I love my '13!

Welcome to FJRiders, trimmantom. Depending on your definition, Smyrna is also close to the north Georgia mountains. You know about this and this, right? Come on out and shake a few hands! Maybe we'll see you before; keep an eye on rides that wheatonFJR and 1911 post up.

Interesting how you phrased that Tom...as a couple weeks ago I was right on top of Helen riding past Unicoi State Park on the way west to Suches...

I have three guesses for your screen name:
1) you are an arborist,
2) you are a barber,
3) you are a finish carpenter.

Any of them close?

Well, I've cut down quite a few tree's in my time but no I'm not an arborist. I've given myself several shitty haircuts so I'm not qualified at that one either.I have trimmed out quite a few houses and yes behind door number three I impersonate a finish carpenter from time to time.

I used to be slim & trim, now I'm just not quite fat & a little slower.

Good to see you again Tom! Hopefully we can ride together sometime soon.
I’d be more than happy to swear under oath that having watched you ride for many, many miles, there is no way in hell you could be speeding through those curves. -0face
