TWO looks pretty desolate these days. I guess they are in hibernation mode now.

Jonesing about being there, though. Maybe in the Spring.....

Yes, They close Thanksgiving weekend and reopen in the early spring. One thing that's nice is they leave the bathrooms open year round so it's still a nice place for a quick stop.

Absolutely. The tailgate has to stay down, but it works well. I hauled it all the way to Albuquerque 2 years ago and down to Suches last year.

I throw a Canyon Dancer on the handle bars, strap the front and back off while securing the front wheel, and its is good to go. I even bring my own ramp now. It is a 7 foot U-haul ramp. Plenty wide to ride up and not worry about falling over.

I don't think I have a pic but I will check.
I often have found myself when I was not looking, nor did that discovery take place where I thought it would!

Today, I didn't order 18" delkevics for my bike. There's a double standard. Buy a set of Leo Vince signature EOM cans for charity and put them on, and you’re a gosh darned American hero with a bike that sounds better than everyone elses. But let me buy a set of delks and put them on just because, and I'd be branded a heretic for adding such a frivolous item that does nothing for performance or safety. :)

I'm a wuss. It was only 24 degrees this morning on my commute to work at 4:30am .

Hoping you make it through another winter. Have you considered getting a small dual sport to be able to ride in snow?

A small dual sport has been a wish list item since last year but unfortunately it would mean having to find room in the garage and I'm just not willing to give up my other bikes I own just for a winter beater bike. I'm going to try hard and make it through until the end of the year as that would give me my first ever "full calendar year" of riding every day. I must admit the challenge of doing this, while a lot of fun at first, does get a bit tiring after a point. I suspect I have more miles in crappy weather than the average rider including members of the forum. No offense intended to anyone. I'm just a bit touched in the head to do this. :ugeek:

Don't worry Chuck...if you keep it up, your FJR will start looking like Hud's.
