Riders,
At the risk of being practical, here is a Windows utility that converts almost any units to almost any units. It does not convert lead into gold yet, so maybe some further development is in the works.
Cheers,

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.
Yeah, I ride motorcycles. I know why dogs put their heads out of the car windows.
Yeah, I fly hang gliders (3000 hrs.+). I know why the birds sing.
1. I effed up, forgot that CanAYda uses other temperature measurement. Part of that was thinking that it's always cold in Candada and part was kind of wishful thinking.
2. Redfish does not have an American accent. He has a Cajun accent, which is one the rest of us do not share. Redfish has a light Cajun accent but there is ZERO mistaking where Pops is from.

I'm here to serve as an example of what NOT to do.
Bob - regardless of temperature, or units measured therein, I'm glad to read that you are still rollin this time of year. I know you realize that your days this year are numbered.
Jasen, my friend - with all due respect, Redfish most assuredly does NOT have a Cajun accent, and neither does his dad. They both have what we locals would refer to as a classic Louisiana River Parishes Drawl.

Thanks Pants! I was thinking "Wait they don't have a cajun accent! " but that just may be because I live here.
Louisiana accents are pretty interesting though. You can generally tell what region someone is from by the way they talk. Heck sometimes you can even narrow it down to the town they are from just by the way they talk.

But have you heard Mrs. Redfish talk? Once you get past the fingernailsonachalkboard voice, she has a semi-decent little accent. I used to be able to "cajunize" my accent pretty good when I wanted to.
When I used to run fishing charters I had several different out of state clients try to figure out just exactly what sort of accent I had. I would change it up just to keep them guessing.
Back to FJR content, yesterday evening late I washed the OE mufflers pretty good and set them on my tailgate to dry. A friend of mine has an overly loud set of aftermarket pipes on his FJR and needs these to quiet down his next trip. They aren't in perfect shape but they will do for the time being I think.

Never run out of real estate, traction and ideas all at the same time.
Left it sit, while I took the little blue bike out. Getting in morning rides is nice, but I have to spread the love around. Sooner or later I'll finish tinkering with the DRZ and take it for a ride.

Mine's still on the trailer. Its sulking. Time heals all wounds?
Colours (er.. colors for the illiterates) are starting to change up here, about 30%-40%. It smelled like fall this morning on the way to work. Who thought returning from a long road trip and back to work the next day was a good idea? Even my boss was surprised I am here. I emptied the fridge of perishables before I left only to forget and realize I had not much for breakie this morning. Looks like I"m buying lunch too.
Glad you made it back. There was a really nice Canadian couple that sat with us at dinner Friday. You would have loved them. They were very cool to talk with, with their aboots and eh’s. Put maple syrup on their pizza. Said they longed for succotash. I hope they’re at EOM next year so my wife can meet them.

Replaced left side headlight bulb with same type. What a PITA! Smaller hands than mine with a built in light would make this much easier. Although after doing it once, the second time should go smoother.

You think that's bad, go out there right now and change the right one...since yer "all practiced up an all."
