Will add Speed Bleeders to the GSA this spring.
As to the clutch, the GSA uses Mineral Oil rather than DOT 3/4 Brake Fluid.
It will be interesting to see if the same kind of discoloration and mung generation occurs with the Mineral Oil in the GSA as it commonly does with Brake Fluid based systems.

Re: Speed Bleeder Question
Thread sealant comes already on the SpeedBleeders... good for a coupla times at least. You can wrap with Teflon tape if need be.

Re: Speed Bleeder Question
I've done the brake fluid on a friend's RT for going on eight years. Probably done his brakes 6-7 times and there is no sign of problems with his speed bleeders. You only need turn a bleeder 1/8 - 1/4 turn to open it, so not much action on the threads. He did have a s-bleeder fail after the frst year. It functions only as a normal bleeder.

Re: Speed Bleeder Question
Yes. Small correction on the 7100S after looking at one of each I have here... the bleed nipple is same size, the length difference is in the threaded area. That is, it's OK to get the 7100S, it won't stick out of the rear caliper as far by that extra couple of threads, a good thing, but either is OK

Re: Speed Bleeder Question
I bought the long thread bleeder - it does "stick out" a bit, but I can't think of a reason to be concerned, so it stays where it's at.
Those speedbleeders are the bees knees, man. The last time I was this impressed with something new on the motorcycle was when, after 3 years and maybe 50,000 miles, reluctantly, I bought a heated jacket liner.
