Thanks - that helps.
I learned some more info about how dreamhost measures usage last night as well - it's tied to users assigned to a domain, so I'm making some changes that might help that as well. These resets might be happening when the nanny program on the shared server (called Procwatch) see's a user hit the memory limit and it kills the process. It basically slaps the domain and shuts it all down for an instant.
These bits of education I'm picking up along the way are helping me have more technical and pointed conversations with these support folks.

host is bouncing the server on a cron job
Is there an accept or spell check missing in that line too? Seriously though - educate me please...
Quite often I'm losing my session and have to log back in.
I have not had to re-log in to the site in a while. I'm using Win10 & Chrome or Firefox.
We did have an outage last night around 7:30pm (est). The forum early warning system was activated and I had a nice chat with tech support on what exactly does a "100% uptime" guarantee mean if my site was down for 90 minutes.
Sorry Wayne, a CRON job is a scheduled task in Linux speak. I've lost my 'session' (my application authorization) several times in the last 48 hours. Right in the middle of reading something and BAM! it's gone.
Oh ya, I fixed the topic spelling again, man, you sunburned guys are picky.
Here is a Lugen.

oh man, this thread is going places. I see a minimum of six pages by the end of the week.
Today, I wondered how you'd have a discussion about the FJR. Then it hit me. Start a thread about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and eventually, it would turn into a discussion about the suspension on the FJR or something meaningful. Now we just need to decode what the key phrases are we need to start with in order for it to veer into FJR territory by page 4.

Nahhh, you just gotta take one apart, taking photos the whole time...add spiffy new parts, take photos as you rebuild it...and the forum goes "ohhhhhhhhhhh!", while pointing in astonishment and admiration.

Well, that was earned astonishment and admiration. Most times when I walk into a room, I get the same reaction. I mean, my boss is Marshall Dillion, after all.

That's Lugens...idiot! Can't you READ!
It's been changed like four times. I'm sure at one point it was Ligins.

"Lugen" is the act of riding little sleds in the Olympics. As in, "Hey, man! Are we lugen today?"
Or is it a special scoring situation in curling? You know, where Canadians sweep the ice between hockey halftimes?

When they fall off those little sleds, is that a deluge?
