Top Triple Clamp

Post by Red »

Riders,

If anybody has a Gen2 FJR "Crown, Handle" (fork top triple clamp) P/N 3P6-23435-00-00, Fiche Index #9 -

http://www.2wheelpros.com/oem-parts/200 ... 3435-00-00

that is just lying around idle, I would like to borrow it for a short while. I want to get the handlebar bolt pattern and specs copied precisely by a machine shop. Your part will not be damaged, and I will return it safely in a week or two. I will pay for shipping, each way. My own FJR has an aftermarket riser plate from the PO, so I can't use my bike for this project; otherwise, I would. Thanks for any help.
.
Cheers,
Red

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.
Yeah, I ride motorcycles. I know why dogs put their heads out of the car windows.
Yeah, I fly hang gliders (3000 hrs.+). I know why the birds sing.

I may have one in the parts bin - let me check tomorrow evening and I'll let you know.

Found mine - let me know who's is closest / cheapest to ship. I don't think it will fit in the small flat rate box, but can explore other options.

extrememarine,

Thanks. I think that one will be fine, here. Flat rate shipping might be cheaper, but I'm really not pinching pennies, on shipping. Go with what you like, there, and do not stress. I will PM you with my address.

Thanks again.

Full House, Rbentnail, thanks for the kind offers. I think we got it covered now.
