Default Where to buy GIVI top box

I'm planning to add a GIVI E52 top box and am suprised to find that they're all the same price regardless of who is selling them. For those of you that have top boxes, where'd you buy them?

RL Motorcycles They have flat-rate shipping of 9.95 to anywhere in the 48. It's where I got mine, shipped same day it was ordered.

I got my Givi, at a nice discount, from Gary McCoy. Too bad we lost that resource.

Grumpy, you may want to consider the E55. I bought mine (E52) directly from Givi in Chaatlotte and they did the install in their shop. Admore has much better lighting for the Givi trunks to include run, stop, & turn signal. The Givi lights are only stop. See

    Grumpy,

I purchased mine from Duane at Premier Cycle Accessories. At the time, it was the best deal I could find for a new one; there have been a few used ones on ebay, too.

Got mine from Helmet Head Cycle over in N GA. Good prices and free shipping. They also have the Admore lighting kit which I would recommend.

Well the first answer is used from someone selling online here/ebay or another forum.

I've had good luck (good prices) from http://www.sporttour.com/

    Thumbs down

Be careful when buying from California Sport Touring. They require a signature for delivery. Hard to do when at work. Cost me 15% to restock.

Ditto, Bought the E55 this week. Good price, and free shipping from a good store.

Wow! $33 or $42 is a small price to pay for the risk. Mine's already ordered, so I'm not tempted.

I remember recieving feedback from some some JC Whitney budget topbox buyers who ultimately canned the knock offs for Givi/Shad/ETC.. due to quality reasons.

    Anyone own one of these?

FWIW, I bought the light kit for my Givi from Duane at Premier, and I love it. It easily doubles you visibility from behind (maybe triples since the lights are at cage drivers eye level).

Could anyone tell me what the interior dimensions of the E55 are ?

I'm looking at getting one, so I can ride my bike for work & store files & other work stuff in the top box.
My plan is to get the touring rack & AdMore Lighting from Premier Cycle. And the box from Helmet head, as they have free shipping.

Here's a shot of 2 helmets in an E52, ever so slightly smaller than the 55. Doesn't help with dimensions, but maybe a bit of visualization. They're not a tight fit at all.
